Does anyone here have parents or grandparents in aged care? Either a nursing home or some kind of retirement accommodation? And if so, what are the facilities like? Are they happy there?
Unfortunately I believe my nana is no longer able to stay in her home, due to her age and deteriorating health. But I don't want her to end up in some cheap nursing home that feels more like a hospital. I know that would make her (or anyone!) depressed.
Please comment if you've had any experience with this sort of thing. |
