I had heard of people in my neighborhood getting targeted lately and apparantly the bastard/s thought my package was good enough to swipe yesterday. I requested a signature upon delivery, but UPS just left it. I've read a few of the ways to get 'even', but I'm not sure what WI's "booby trap" laws are and the cops don't bother with this 'petty' crime around this shithole city. Any good ideas?
